WILSON Shock Shield 16G Tennis String

Perfect string for anyone with tennis elbow. Very pleased with the performance!

I strung my wilson juice with this string and it took some pressure off of my sore elbow so I could play. Not a serious elbow issue that happened for other reasons than playing tennis. I am still playing with this string. Pretty durable!

I have had tennis elbow for a while. I used to use RPM Blast, and then Pro Hurricane Tour. Both strings were great, but they were too hard on my arm. My coach then introduced be to Wilson Shock Shield Strings. These are the best strings that I have ever used! They are very soft and they have a great feel when you hit the ball. They provide plenty of spin and pop to the ball. Being a junior player that practices every day for 4 hours, I would recommend these strings to anyone, especially if they have tennis elbow.

Nice string. It's easy to string and handle and it's much softer than any other arm friendly string. It's very durable and has not broken after 3+ weeks (5 matches per week) The only issue is that you do lose some spin and cut on the ball. I would be interested if they could make a 17g to help with the spin.
