WILSON Tour BLX Prestrung Tennis Racquet

This is a really nice racquet. It was designed for power and it delivers as advertised in that regard. I would say a little too much power for my liking, as I initially thought that it could not be that powerful especially considering the relatively small head area 95 sq in. So, if you are not a player that uses a lot of spin in your strokes and wants a lot of control, this may be not the racquet for you. I do not use a lot of spin in my strokes, and so I have to adjust my game by moving a deep deeper towards the back of the court, otherwise my balls would be falling off the court on the other side too often. That usually reduces the power effect significantly, with the disadvantage that you would be running longer distances towards the net with players making a lot of use of drop balls near the net. Other than that, this is a fine racquet and I am planning to keep it. Oh, one final thing: it feels really nice during impacts, especially if you hit the sweet spot consistently.

My Tour racquet has kept me in the game many times with its power and spin control. I can count on it to give me a reliable spin inside the lines. Love this racquet.
