YONEX EZONE Rally Tennis Racquet

I purchased my first Yonex racquet in Sept 2011 and loved it from the first serve! Its a Yonex RQiS30 and I wanted to buy a second one as a spare. I couldnt find it online so I purchased the Yonex Ezone Rally instead. This may be even better! It did take me a few days of playing to manage the pace of the ball and let the racquet do the work, not me. Ive always liked to hit the ball hard, but this new racquet helped develop my skill with touch and not so much power. Dont get me wrong, I can still power the ball with this racquet and it responds well, but it added this extra dimension of touch to my game. Ive gotten to shots that have been so low to the ground and with a flick of my wrist the ball goes back to the service line without much effort. It amazed me as well as my opponents! I believe I am now a Yonex fan and even bought their brand of tennis shoe, which I also love and ordered another pair to have ready when the old ones wear out.

Iwas using a very stiff racket which was discontinued. It was very powerfull, but you had to lift wieghts to keep up or you paid the price in pain. I sold all three for 140 and did not care. I have played with them for at least 10 years. Yonex has always been a pasion every since the early 70s. Now you know how long Ive been at this game. Remember the green and gold metal rackets well I have two very small green ones. They were given to me by friends who were non-players. Having said all that, Im very pleased with my two E-zone 107s rally. I was able to adjust to the subtle impact when I really wanted to tag one. My only disapointment was no 4 5/8 size provided from the factory. I do plan to stick with yonex and buy one more frame. Im a 4.5 player and have been at this game since 1975.
