Description

Tecnifibre X-One Biphase 16 Rouge is the ultimate in synthetic strings providing the closest playability to natural gut of any synthetic string produced, giving players maximum power, feel, and comfort. Elastyl Fibers are used, giving 12% more power than the standard polyamide materials used in other synthetic strings. X-One Biphase features a unique technology that separates it from other strings in the Tecnifibre line, Fiber H2C, which involves a high temperature prestretching step to ensure greater tension maintenance. Improving on their PU Inside technology, this string features Trimerized PU, allowing for even more comfort and touch for that natural gut like feel. Many years of research have led to the Biphase process, a production process that increases string durability by 20%, letting players experience the benefits of this string for even longer. The most advanced synthetic string on the market, X-One Biphase makes the playability of natural gut available in a synthetic alternative. The dying process will make this string play slightly stiffer than the natural colored version. Also check out the line of Tour-developed Tecnifibre racquets.

Construction: Multifilament polyamide
Color: Red
Gauge: 1.30mm

It feels really good on your arm. If you have arm problems definitely try these.

Technifibre X One String, 16g

I am very satisfied with this string for my tennis elbow problem. It is the best I have found. After not playing for 2+ years from my tennis elbow I changed to this string and dropped the tension from 65 lb to 53 lb. It took a while to get used to the lower tension, but I have found the string to be very easy on my elbow.

Great Feel, Recommend to use in the crosses
1.33333333333/5
These are awesome strings. They have that Natural Gut like feeling when strung in the crosses. I recommend using these in the crosses and a poly in the mains. The durability on this is low. They lasted me for about 3 weeks, and I hit everyday for 3 hours. Initially, after stringing they were awesome, but 4 days later, I notice some chaffing, but it doesn't affect the performance. These strings performed flawlessly until they broke. Awesome strings for that Natural Gut like feeling, but buy extra because these won't last long.

These strings have a great, soft feel. Very close to natural gut, but not nearly as expensive. They will wear out quickly, especially if you play a lot of tennis. Great string to use in the crosses for a hybrid stringing pattern.

Best non natural gut string available
5/5
I know everyone says to go with the 17g strings, but I break those in a few hours. Its been suggested I use Poly strings, but they are brutal on your hands/arms/wrist/elbo. Even if you feel no pain now, I would suggest going away from poly. If youve ever hit with real gut, its the best of every world, great control, great feel, soft on the arm, great power, great longevity. The big issue is that they are 50$ + stringing. Enters Tecnifibre x-one Biphase rouge red or white, same strings different color. I have hit with about 50 different strings ranging from those kevlar medal srings, to poly, to hybrids, mono fill, multi fill, etc. Ive even hit with nearly every string Tecnifibre makes. Nothing, I mean Nothing not even the new Wilson NXT control comes close to the comfort, feel, and playability of the Biphase. If you are used to a super springy lively string, you probably wont like the bi-phase, it will feel a bit dampening to you; otherwise its just such a nice string. Decent

Why I like Technifibre Biphase!
5/5
Hello Tennis Express! Im 12 years old and I use Technifibre Biphase Red on my racquet. My name is Carlee Beth I play in a ton of tournaments! I have been using these strings for about a year now! Im getting to the point where these string are too easy to break, so I have been using these as my cross strings and Savage white as my main. I like Biphase because the feel of the strings when you hit the ball feels really nice. I have tried other strings but I feel these give me a soft touch with a ton of power! I also really like the color because most strings are very boring like black or white but these are awesome because they are red. My combination of my strings now with the Savage white and Technifibre Biphase red makes a great color combination as a Bama girl! ROLL TIDE!!! - Carlee Beth:

x-one Biphase 16G Rouge Red
5/5
This is a brand new stringing on a brand new racquet. It plays very well once you learn that you do not have to hit as hard as before to get the same result. It feels comfortable and there are no discomfort to the elbow or shoulder. Considering that I just recently recovered from a tear in my serving shoulder I am happy with the results as well as the way the strings and the racquet perform when I play 3x a week.As of now I would highly recommend the stringing and the performance.

My new tennis strings has upgraded my game from 3.5 to 4.0. The strings are much tighter than my previous strings; thus, giving me more power. Im utterly surprised on my new performance. Thanks, Tennis Express

Good feel
2.33333333333/5
This was the first time trying this string - it was recommended to alleviate some of the stress that I was putting on my arm and the string performed as advertised - great feel, nice power, crisp and easy on the arm. I strung it on my six.one 90 prostaff @54lbs mains and 56lbs crosses. Although, I liked the feel a lot, the string started to stretch immediately and ultimately snapped on two different mains within 6 hours of playing time, and for that reason, I cant justify using them again. To be fair, I realize that I am a habitual string breaker - if I got 10 -12 hours of play out of this string, I would have been ecstatic.

Fantastic Multi-filament
5/5
I have used Gamma Livewire Professional for several years, which I consider to be one of the best multi-filaments on the market. The X1 at least as good. Very lively, but still good control, and it generates a lot of spin. I will keep testing it, but right now I plan on switching to this string.
