The Wilson Steam 96 is designed to serve a large segment of players. Its low weight gives developing juniors an easy-swinging midplus frame, while it’s easy to customize for an advanced player’s weapon. The 96 square inch head size and 22mm beams provide great control on the faster swings used in the modern baseline game, and the 16x20 pattern adds control and string life for those big, topspin swings. Basalt construction combines with Double Hole grommets and Wilson’s Amplifeel handle to make for a comfortable, vibration-free ride. Aggressive all-court players, juniors or adults, would be well-served to demo the Steam 96 for their next stick.

Tennis Express Reviews
I used to play with the BLX Six One Team, and i decided to change for the Steam 96 and it was a great decision. This racets gives you, above all, more spin on you strokes. It has great feel when you hit the ball and that one extra square added in order to be 96 sq makes is perfect. I strongly recommend this racket to player who like to have control, spin, and also power on their strokes.
My Doubles Racquet
I am a avid 4.0 league player at my local club. This racquet is lighter than my older Wilson racquet yet with more power. Great for my volleys in doubles, my serve and groundies also have more spin!! Great racquet from Wilson!!
Love me some Tennis Express
Another satisfied trip to Tennis Express, got to meet Cooper and talk to Brad.
We have used Tennis Express a few times now for my daughter, who was a high school player, and will now be going to college to play tennis. Customer service has always been very helpful and has always shipped our items very quickly. The racquets have been great. We will continue to order from Tennis Express whenever we need something.
My 12 year old son lives the racquet. The stringing was perfect and the racquet hits beautifully.
Wilson tennis racquet
My Husband was the recipient of this racquet and he is delighted with it. It is light and easy to use for the average home tennis player. Says his game has improved'!'
I recently purchased this as a back up racket play with Babolat pure control. However, the ease of this racket has led to serious debate as to which is now the back up. Find groundstroke control to be effortless, ample spin on serves, and the weight is a joy to play. Not as crisp at the net as I would like, but that leans more to user error I am sure. For th price,I have and will continue to recommend this racket.
Very pleased with the raquet - great grip feel and nice balll pop...
Great Value - Minor Mistake
I love the racquet. This is the first quality one I have ever used and I am amazed at how much better/different it feels. My play has improved and I am happy with the purchase. I paid the extra $2 to have the stencil put on but it was not applied so that was a small mistake/disappointment but overall it was a great buy.
