Shipping Information
- Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
- For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote.
- All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
- Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
- Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by customer.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.
- Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.
Drop ship returns:
- Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Express. Please email [email protected] with your return request.
- Any restocking fees and return shipping costs, customer will be responsible for.

I have only had my Axis Pro for a couple of days but I love it. I had been using a glide rail machine and changing to the pivoting clamps makes a world of difference.
Machine is well worth the money and probably more.

I found this stringing Machine very good and very stable and dependable.
I compared this to my other machine which is Gamma the Alpha axis stringer is more accurate especially in determining the right tension.

This is a fantastic stringer. It does everything without a hitch and is easy to manipulate. The clamps are great as well. Just keep in mind that crank machines dont pull constant tension.
