Released with an updated paint job, the Babolat Pure Storm GT Limited Tennis Racquet is designed with advanced players in mind who are able to provide their own power and are looking for maximum control. The frame comes with Babolat's GT technology, replacing the Carbon XTrem. The GT material provides the racquet with unprecedented stability and solidity. Also, the Woofer technology is used to dampen the shock upon ball contact as well as provide a bit of a trampoline effect for more power.
We recommend this racquet for 4.5+ NTRP rated players. The 95 sq. in. head size and heavy weight makes the Babolat Pure Storm GT Limited Tennis Racquet well-suited for players with long and fast strokes. The feel and control from the frame is solid from all areas of the court, helping with angled shots from the baseline and at net. The Babolat Pure Storm GT Limited Tennis Racquet is a top of the line control racquet, offering plenty of control and spin on all shots. Check out the Babolat Pure Storm GT Tour, or demo one today!

Tennis Express Reviews
I havent hit with one of these racquets since the old CarbonX series that was black and yellow. Overall it still feels similar, just a little more stable. I couldnt generate as much spin as Id like to but was able to flatten the ball very well.
Five star racquet - great feel and touch.
The racquet is everything I had hoped for. It is solid, feels good in my hand and better through the ball. Tennis Express shipped it quickly and the price I found here was the lowest I saw. An extremely good purchase.
Pure Storm Limited GT Racquet
This is the best racquet I have ever played with. If you want control, like generating your own power, hard driving serves this is the racquet for you, not only did I buy one, I bought a second one shortly after the first. This racquet is not for someone that cannot generate power on their own, in otherwords this racquet is not springy and a power racquet on its own, you have to be able to generate your own power with great ground strokes. Love this racquet, just love it.
I bought this racquet based on a recommendation for tennis elbow and it is great. My arm and elbow feel great while playing with it. This was my first experience with Tennis Express and they were great to deal with. Delivery was fast.
My previous racket of choice, the Pure Storm Limited, felt amazing when you hit the ball right in the sweet spot. The lowest flex rating in the Babolat line, I really enjoyed this racket for quite some time. This racket is very solid, providing me with a great amount of spin and control.
Babolat Pure storm ltd gt
Im a 5.0 player that likes to swing big. I was playing with the Wilson prostaff 90 until a friend of mine said I should try his babolat pure storm ltd gt. Immediately I noticed that I didnt have to worry about the ball flying long at all. I was shocked at the control the racket offered especially since I was already playing with the prostaff 90. I ended up ordering three of them because I was completely blown away by the feel. These rackets are definitely not for someone who is afraid to take big swings at the ball. The only thing that I had a problem with is that the grommetsvwhere out vy quickly so I orderedal a few extra grommets to have just in case. All in all these are easily the best sticks Ibe ever hit with.

I got the racket on time and without any issues. The racket is simply amazing. I have generally used power rackets but found my game to be very inconsistent. Ever since I changed to this racket I feel I have so much control and consistency that it has lifted my game to another level. I use a heavy topspin and generate the power thats needed but the racket doesnt rattle and vibrate in my hands. It is headlight and so it seems much lighter than it is and Im able to return even tough serves that come at a good pace with control and conviction. Every review I read says you need to generate your own power with this racket. I suppose so though I dont feel as though I have to out of my way to get the ball over the net. All told, if you want to increase consistency and control Id strongly recommend this racket.
stiff, unfriendly at 58 lbs.
Based on the reviews, I was expecting much more from this racket. Im not sure if the problem is that this was overstrung 58 lbs, but the exact same hybrid strings and tension on other rackets Wilson 6.1 Classic and Volkl Mid Power 10 work great, whereas this racket seems to have heavy vibration with slight off-center hits, minimal spin, and minimal power. I suspect that if I drop it 5 pounds it may perform better, or more likely, I simply prefer an open string pattern. My stringer is top notch, and the strings themselves are great on the other rackets. Will try once with lower tension, and if that doesnt work, will have to sell to people who like this kind of frame. Since the other rackets are also players frames, I dont think its my level either 4.0. Recommend stringing much lower than a normal 16 x 18 to get anything out of it.
