Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour 16g String improves on the original Hurricane in almost every way. It plays firmer and with more control than the original, and improves in the durability department. Hurricane Tour has an octagonal profile to help grab the ball to generate top spin. Players who prefer a firmer feeling string bed with ample amounts of control and spin potential, are perfect candidates for Hurricane Tour. Hurricane Tour was the pre-cursor to RPM Blast, and is used on tour by Ryan Harrison and Monica Puig

the best of the best
These strings are amazing. The spin and power is high on all levels if your a hard hitter like myself your out of your mind not to try them out.
Amazing spin and power with these strings. Great durability.
Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour
These strings provided exceptional spin and control. Considering how much spin I use, these strings lasted a fairly long time before they eventually broke (about 6 months). I highly recommend these strings to anyone who wants that extra bite on there ball.
I usually use black code 16g strings in a full bed. For X-mas I received these strings and strung them in my APD GT. Initially, I thought the strings were stiff and I strung them at 55lbs. Same tension as I string the black code. After two hitting sessions the string bed softened up nicely. I feel the strings offer a little more control than the Black Code, but are a little stiffer.
Easier to generate top spin, sturdy, good control.
Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour 16 G
These strings are very durable. They are firm, but not stiff and still have plenty of feel. I string them at 60 lbs, have plenty of power and just the right amount of touch when needed. I play an average of 6 sets a week plus I hit the ball machine once a week and they will not lose tension and last 3 months before I pop a string. I have played with the new Babolat strings and the Luxilon alu spin/power - these are the ones I have settled on.
It performs as described
Hard as a rock, feels like you're hitting a frying pan against a tank.
May break or stretch out, but I didn't use my racquet long enough to find out. If any pros use this string they really are talented because I can't see how they can volley or have any elbow, shoulder or wrists left after hitting with this.
Of course this is only my opinion and I could be wrong.
These are some of the best strings I've hit with. Great control and lots of spin
My top spin was improved on the Pure Drive GT Tennis Racket. Very solid strings. Tension left at recommended. Will be using this for all my other rackets.
pro hurricane tour 16g strings
maybe just a tad harder than previously used poly strings, but still nice and soft
Babolat is best
So I recently had my racket strung with Babolat hurricane string. I must say that so far so good. I personally dont care for the yellow color but other than that it seems to be working rather well. My strokes have a little more topspin allowing me to hit harder and with more margin for error. Well done!
Hurricane Tour 16 G Strings
I am a 4.0 player and hit the ball with power and spin, string my raquet at 61 lbs and play 2-3 times/week. For a while I was going through strings every 3 weeks until I came across these. I then began using the luxilon alu spin which were very durable but seemed too stiff and not much feel. I then used these hurricane tour strings which are durable and have enough power and feel for me - now I replace my strings about ever 2-3 months and I do not feel the strings lose their tension as I have before with synthetic or gut. My pocketbook is happier too.
Pro Hurricane 16 g Strings
Love Hurricane strings thats all I buy!
My Pro Hurricane Tour 16g Strings arrived when they said they would and have help with my shoulder after having surgery for bone spurs and an impingment. 5 stars!!!!
I used this string as a hybrid with the Wison NXT. The Hurricane has a good bite and durability.
Good Hurricane Strings
Great stability and pocketing effect. Hard to break strings. 4.5 player.
Good service and good product.
WE are very happy with the order. Its get in quickly without any problems.
Will use the web in future for my sons tennis stuff.
I love this string! It gives you such great feel and touch. I am so glad that I bought this string and since it is poly it will never break unless you cut it. I have been very happy with this string! Thank you babolat!
Pro Hurricane Tour 16g Strings
I love this string. I have tried many others kinds but I keep going back to this one. I like the feel and durability and it is easy on my elbow as well.

Pro Hurricane Strings
Whenever im looking to pack some power in my game, i get these strings. Pro hurricane gives you harder shots but with feel to them. Spin, control, and durability also come along with these strings. Great strings!
I recently purchased Babolat Pro Hurricane and N.VY sets separately in order to compose my own hybrid combo. The octagonal Pro Hurricane mains give me power and lots of noticeable spin increase from the traditional round Hurricane and the N.VY provides the comfort, feel and durability. This combo is awesome. Opponents are commenting on excessive spin along with the ongoing frustrations around lefty voodoo.
I have been stringing with Babolat hybrids for some time. Combined with N.VY string this Pro Hurricane Tour string is a perfect partner for main strings in my hybrid brew. Pro Hurricane Tour provides the power spin combo to pummel from the baseline or break wills with a spinning dropper. Great string great price!
