Barbora Strycova's Tennis Equipment, Gear, and Accessories

Barbora Strycova started her path into the world of tennis at the age of 5. She had great success as a junior, winning two Singles Grand Slam titles (2002 and 2003 Australian Open Girls) and three Doubles Grand Slam titles. Barbora reached world No. 1 in both singles and doubles in the junior rankings, achieving both in 2002, and was named the ITF Junior World Champion that same year. On the pro tour she made a name for herself very quickly winning in doubles and helping the Czech team win Fed Cup titles 6 times within 9 years. In 2016 at the Rio Olympic games she earned a Bronze medal in Doubles with partner Lucie Safarova. 2019 she had a breakout season reaching the Women's Singles Semifinals at Wimbledon, Women's Doubles Semifinals at the Australian Open, Finalist at the Year-End WTA Doubles Final, and winning the Women's Doubles title at Wimbledon. She is a baseliner whose favorite surfaces to play on are grass and clay. She admires Steffi Graf and also enjoys swimming, skiing and snowboarding.
