Federer Takes on Wimbledon

Roger Federer takes on Wimbledon in style. Keeping it classy, the seven-time Wimbledon champ will be sporting his all-white collection from Nike, including the return of his signature premier polo for the grass courts.

Roger’s white Premier Polo features perforated stripe detail that helps create optimal air flow. This polo features Nike’s Dri-FIT fabric for superior sweat wicking and dryness and a mesh back for great ventilation. The knit collar and cuffs and three-button placket add to Roger’s tailored look.

The white 9-inch Gladiator Premiers are the short of choice for Federer. Lightweight and comfortable, these shorts are designed with Dri-FIT stretch woven fabric for enhanced mobility and all day performance. The all-over sublimated print and cut helps defined he’s classic style.

The Premier Cover-up in white is made with Nike’s Dri-fit fabric, featuring a two-way zipper for an enhanced fit and a ventilated back and side panels that assures breathability. Federer will also add his signature Swoosh Bandana for sweat control.

On his feet he will be wearing the Zoom Vapor 9.5 Tours in white and metallic zinc. If you remember last year Roger’s shoes were banned from the tournament after one match because of the orange soles. This year Nike wants to keep the Tours on Roger’s feet, featuring a durable XDR rubber outsole with a classic-colored bottom and herringbone tread for ultimate traction.

Federer hasn’t unveiled his new Wilson racquet yet, but we know he likes to string his frames with Wilson Champion’s Choice Duo, a combination of natural gut and Luxilon’s ALU Power Rough.

Roger’s bag of choice is the Wilson 100 Year Tour 15 Pack that features three main compartments for your tennis racquets and gear. This bag is packed with ThermoGuard and MoistureGuard technology to help protect your racquets from extreme heat and moisture.
