Dunlop S-Gut 17G White Tennis String
Description
Featuring a thinner profile, the Dunlop Biomimetic S-Gut 17 offers greater spin potential and improved feel compared to its 16 gauge version. This string updates the classic synthetic gut with new packaging and a new material formulation. Constructed utilizing a large monofilament core to provide a solid feel and tension maintenance. S-Gut also features smaller outer wraps to increase feel and soften the stringbed. The result is a comfortable basic synthetic gut string, perfect for players looking for a solid playing string without breaking the bank. Also makes a good string to use in a hybrid, such as to soften the stringbed when used with a polyester string.

This is very good string with nice feel. I am able to generate plenty of top and pop and it seems to be very durable.

These strings were free with my new Dunlop racket. Apparently worth the price. While the play was satisfactory, their smooth surface resulted in major string shifting. I had very little problem with strings shifting with Gamma Pro 17 gauge. You get what you pay for.
