- Price includes UPS Ground shipping.
- For air shipping we will contact you back with a quote.
- All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All Stringing Machines/Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
- Stringing Machines/Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Express.
- Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by customer.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.
- Manufacturer warranties will vary, please review product details.
Drop ship returns:

Great Machine

What I enjoy most about the Gamma 5003 is the accuracy in tension settings. I calibrated first with a digital scale and have been checking tension before stringing all rackets with this machine and its dead on. The 6 point suspension mountig is great and easy to use with a large tool trayand very easy to use low profile clamps.

Excellent Machine

I am a first-time stringer and this machine makes it super simple. Shipping was quick and the packaging was fantastic. Set-up was easy and the directions clear. The included tools give you everything you need to start stringing immediately.
