The HEAD Boom Team 2022 Tennis Racquet represents a bold new direction from the brand`s current catalog. HEAD integrated an Auxetic Construction in the racquet bridge. The technology improves the feel and stability of the racquet at contact. By delivering ideal feedback with improved vibration dampening, players can go after the ball with confidence. The Boom Team`s cross-section features a Morph Beam design, which pairs an elongated shaft for flex and feel with a thicker hoop section for greater access to power and stability. The racquet has a different head shape than the other HEAD performance frames and it is designed with a Uniform String Pattern to make the string bed perform more consistently. HEAD`s Graphene Inside tech remains at the 12, 9, and 3 o`clock positions, as well is within the throat to deliver stability and ball speed. The Boom Team is a lighter and more powerful Boom model than the MP or Pro, and the larger head and thicker beam make this racquet ideal for advanced beginner and intermediate players who want a crisp, light, and powerful frame.
