The HEAD Graphene Touch Prestige Tour Tennis Racquet offers a larger head size than the other racquets in HEAD's Prestige series, which translates to easier, more forgiving use for a wide variety of players. With this larger sweet spot, and the implementation of new frame technology, it is easy to see the benefits of the Prestige Tour. The new frame technology was originally introduced in 2014 on the Speed and Instinct lines, and 2015 on the Extreme and Radical lines; however, these upgrades have continued to evolve. This frame technology is known for a great combination of power and maneuverability, and can be found throughout the Prestige series. HEAD re-engineered the application of the world’s strongest and lightest material to make their Graphene Touch racquets, thus providing an optimized weight distribution for a faster swing and more power. By using Graphene in the racquet shaft, HEAD has been able to move weight from the shaft to the tip and handle, increasing power and stability without changing overall racquet mass (more weight in the head provides greater plow through from the baseline, and more mass in the handle reduces torque and recoil). The Graphene Touch Prestige Tour sports a 10.8oz (305g) unstrung weight, and a 1 inch head light balance for maneuverability and racquet speed. The graphene technology places more mass where it counts – in the hoop – for power and stability. The Prestige Tour comes with a 21.5mm beam, and 18x19 string pattern, making the racquet an ideal choice for a number of competitive players.
