Description
HEAD added a new Auxetic construction for a refined feel at impact with the Gravity Team 2023 Tennis Racquet. This model replaces the outgoing Gravity S. The Gravity features a cleaned-up cosmetic with subtle color-shifting along the racquet face. What makes the frame so different is the combination of Graphene Inside and the teardrop-shaped head. Once again, the Gravity features a Sweet Zone head shape which places the widest section of the head higher up in the hoop. This design rewards competitive players who attack the ball with decent racquet head speed, and who prefer a softer flex. The racquet features an elliptical cross-section which creates a deeper Flex Groove for an enhanced feel.
The Gravity Team has a 24-millimeter beam and a 16x20 string pattern. The 10.1-ounce unstrung weight makes the Team very fast through the air and the 104-head size increases forgiveness. The Team offers intermediate players a little more punching power when compared to the MP or Pro. The Gravity Team 2023 is one of the most comfortable frames on the market, and the new Auxetic tech improves what was already a very forgiving racquet.
