Designed to improve elasticity, Head Sonic Pro 16 offers up a unique combination of polymer additives to give a strong, yet flexible string. This combination of properties allows the string to remain durable, while providing additional power and depth in comparison to the typical polyester-based strings. Now available in a space saving reel, Sonic Pro provides excellent response without sacrificing a great deal of durability. Our testing staff was happy with the fairly comfortable response of the string bed and the added power was a nice bonus.

Head Soninc Pro - Max Spin & Soft Feel

Got Head Sonic Pro in my Microgel_Rad_OS. Out of the box - mad topspin both forehand and backhand, consistantly hitting below half service box on cross-courters that all other rackets i have woulda been 2 feet or more over the line. Insane up&down capability with this string, insane topspin...
Real soft feel & elbow friendly. {dampener-yes}
Had to add close to a half an ounce to head, and 3/4 oz to inside handle to bring weight up to original Radical OS weight. At that weight string plays great and gives best overall performance for Rad OS strung at 57 lbs.
Suspect Nadal strings very low tensions 15-18 lbs for his 11-oz racquet, so Tennis Express ought let their customers choose their tension for their Radcal Microgel OS rackets.
At 11oz 48lbs would play better than 57 lbs.
If i were to go down in weight i would try 42lbs with string savers...
