Tennis Express strives to provide YOU with WOW customer service! Here’s our great Return/Exchange policy!
- Print and return our return/exchange form
- Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached
- Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer’s shoe box. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer’s shoe box.
- New racquets must be unused, plastic must still be on the handle. Returned racquets strung by Tennis Express will be credited, less the cost of string and $15 labor charge.
- Used racquets are subject to a restocking fee
- Create and download your return label
- We provide Free Return Shipping on orders over $75
- Shipping costs will be deducted from refund for orders less than $75
- Free shipping is excluded on heavy/oversized items
- Ship your return/exchange to Tennis Express
- You’re all done!
- Refunds may take up 5-7 business days to post to your account
- Exchanges may take up 1-2 weeks to be returned to you from the day Tennis Express receives your exchange
