60-day Return/Free return over $75:
- All of our value customers have up to 60 days from the day received to send back any unwanted and unused products.
- Any orders over $75 will be eligible for our return label.
- Please note your allow 1 return label per order any additional labels will be deducted $8.99 from their refund or exchange request.
- You can print the return label at the bottom of the page.
RACQUETS:- Frame is NEW and UNUSED
- Plastic is still covering the handle and has not been tampered with
- Make sure the racquet is protected to endure shipment
- For racquets strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will not be refunded
SHOES:- Must be unworn and in new conditions
- Include the shoe original shoe box
- Place shoes in the original shoe box, and use a second box to return shoes
- DO NOT use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box. This will ruin the product.
BAGS:- Must have no signs of wear and original tags must be attached
- Remove all objects from inside the bag prior to return
APPAREL:- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags attached
- Due to CDC and COVID guidelines we cannot accept any worn or washed clothes.
PLEASE READ:- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 business days, after the item arrives at Tennis Express.
- Please allow an additional 72 hours for the credit to appear on your account.
- Prepaid return labels are not valid outside the Continental United States.
- Drop-shipped items must be returned to the manufacturer. To initiate a drop-ship return, please contact us via email.
**Ineligible free return label:Complete the Exchange/Returns form and include it with your shipment. Box up your item in its original packaging. Include language for Used product
**For used product please submit an email to [email protected] with detail photos of the product in question. Please be aware we reserve the right to deny any submissions. All used product will be subject to a deduction fee and remaining will be store credit ONLY.
