Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weâ€™d be happy to help. You can contact the Customer Service department at CS@TennisExpress.com, or reach them at (713)-435-4818. You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or an exchange.
Please note that all items should be in the original packaging and in pristine condition for us to process your request. Make sure to include a copy of your completed Packing Slip / Exchange & Return Form (if you do not have this form, CLICK HERE to print).
Orders over $75 qualify for free return shipping, and are sent out with a prepaid return label. The return label is for one-time use only.
If your order does not qualify for free return / exchange shipping, ship your item(s) via a secure method, and retain the tracking information.
You can also create a return label using our website at the minimal charge of $8.99. To do so, please sign in to your account and click on "Start My Return".
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be new and in their original manufacturer packaging, with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria might result in either a partial store credit, or a refusal to process your request.
- For Apparel: Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- For Shoes:Shoes must be clean, and returned in the manufacturer's box. Please don’t place any shipping labels, tape, or other items on the shoe box.
- For Racquets: Please keep the plastic on the handle, avoid getting any scratches, and ensure that the string bed is free of ball fuzz. If you had your racquet strung at Tennis Express, the cost of the string will be deducted from your return.

- Complete the Packing Slip / Exchange & Return Form. If you do not have the form, please CLICK HERE to print. If it’s already available, include the receipt number.
- Box up your item in its original packaging.

Our return labels are not valid outside the Continental United States.
They are also not valid for oversized/heavy items anddrop-shipped products (ball machines, stringing machines, tennis balls, carts, baskets etc.) For oversized/ heavy items, please contact our Returns Department at (713) 435-4825, or Returns@TennisExpress.com.
- Drop off your return shipment at any UPS Center, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Returns and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of arrival at Tennis Express. Please allow for an additional 72 hours for the credit to appear on your account. We ship exchanges within 48 hours. Tennis Express reserves the right to refuse items that are not in new and pristine condition. A restocking fee will be applicable at our discretion for items that do not meet the requirements detailed in our guidelines.
