HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
1. Complete the Packing Slip / Exchange & Return form. If the form is NOT available, please write a note explaining Exchange or Return and include your name, email and cell phone. Include the Receipt Number if available.
2. Box up your Exchange / Return in original packaging. Do NOT place tape or labels on shoebox.
4. Drop off your Exchange / Return at any UPS Center. Return label does not apply outside the Continental USA.
Exchanges and Returns are processed within 48 hours of arrival. Please allow an additional 72 hours for the credit to appear on your account. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible. Kindly direct all questions to Returns@TennisExpress.com or 713-435-4825.
Orders under $69.95 will be charged $6.95 for each label used. Do NOT use label outside Continental USA and do NOT use label for oversize/heavy items. Please contact our Exchange / Returns department at Returns@TennisExpress.com or 713.435.4825 if you need to return an Oversized or Heavy item (cases of balls, machines, hoppers, etc.).
- Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached
- Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer's shoe box.
- Racquets must be new with original plastic on the handle.
