Returns & Exchanges Policy

Announcing our new 365 Day Returns Policy!
At Tennis Express, we appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction. We have updated our returns policy and will accept all returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with tags) within 365 days of purchase. A pre-paid return label will be provided with orders over $75 for customers located in the continental U.S. (excludes oversized items such as tennis balls). Only one pre-paid envelope per order. When returning or exchanging, you can insert a note with the reason for your return as well as any exchange instructions. Or, you can simply print out our return/exchange form here.
To process your return, please follow these simple guidelines, and complete the form:
- 1. Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached.
2. Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturer's shoe box.
3. Racquets must not be used, plastic must still be on the handle. Returned racquets strung at Tennis Express will be credited, less the cost of string and $15 labor charge.
A restocking fee is applicable at the discretion of TennisExpress.com if any of this steps are not followed.
In addition to returns, Tennis Express will cover the shipping costs of one exchange. Also note that many of our products come with manufacturer's warranties (see links on left for details and further information on specific product returns).
Products not returned in new condition or returned after 90 days from the invoice date may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of Tennis Express. If an item is not eligible for a refund or store credit, the product will be returned to the customer.
