Include the following with your return package:
- 1. Copy of original invoice. (We can provide one if yours becomes misplaced.)
- 2. Note describing issue with product.
- 3. Name, email, phone number and return address.

Please do not return your worn shoes to the retailer. All shoes submitted for replacement consideration that are not accompanied by the original purchase receipt will not be considered for replacement and will be rejected without review.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
