REGISTER YOUR TEAM:

1. Check out TennisExpress.com to determine your team's favorite apparel line. Each team can choose 1 or 2 apparel collections. Selections can be made from the Apparel page of the Tennis Express website.
2. Team captains must submit the Captain’s Form with as much detail as possible.
3. Once the full roster has been received, via e-mail ([email protected]) or the form below, we will release the coupon code to the captain.
4. Captains are responsible to share the code with their team members.
5. If you are shopping locally in our Houston retail superstore, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the code to take into effect before making in-store purchases. The code is immediately available for online use after being issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check out TennisExpress.com to determine your team's favorite apparel line. 

Be sure to fill out the Team Registration form completed.

Team captains must email the full roster to ([email protected]) or include names and emails for each player on the team.

Coupon codes will then be activated and released to the Captain after the form is submitted AND the full roster has been received.

The Team Department will email the discount code to the captain.

Captains are responsible for sharing the code with their team members only.

Once the coupon code is issued, it will be available online immediately. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the code to take into effect before making any in-store purchases.

The League Team Discount is 30% off of the MSRP (sale items are excluded from the discount).

The coupon code only applies to apparel brands/collections specified by the Team Captain.

Purchases totaling more than $50 will receive FREE 2nd-day air shipping (taxes may apply).

Any additional shipping fees incurred, due to returns or exchanges, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Teams will have 30 days to return or exchange tagged-unworn items.
