Prince EXO3 Rebel Team 98 Tennis Racquet
I must admit the Prince EXO3 Rebel Team 98 exceeded my expectations! It is an all-around player friendly frame, which offers stability and maneuverability from any spot you might get caught hitting the ball. The combination between the light weight and the 98 square inch MP head size, make a great match-up for players looking to explore their aggressive side, and you won’t be disappointed!
It took me a few rallies to really get the hang of my strokes with the lighter version of the Prince EXO3 Rebel 98, at first when I was acceleration through the ball I noticed losing some control at the moment of my contact point. Once I realized I was moving the face of the racquet due to the weight of the frame, I started hitting some amazing shots, and controlling the ball at will.
The Prince EXO3 Rebel Team makes for a great volleying stick! It’s easy to maneuver at the net, and it offers good feel when hitting drop shot volleys or digging low balls. The 98 square inch MP head size improves your sweet spot compared to the Prince EXO3 Rebel 95.
A bit light for my taste, I found myself having to swing harder than usual to generate the power I desired on my first serves. On the other hand, this racquet is very spin friendly allowing me to kick and slice the ball with more bite than usual. If the weight is an issue for you, you can add led tape for a quick fix.
Overall I would rate the Prince EXO3 Rebel Team 98 as followed (Scale 1-10, 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest):
