Team Frequently Asked Questions

Team Orders are placed directly through the team sales department. You can either call us at 713-435-4800 ext. 467 or email us at [email protected]. Only a representative in the team department can help you with a quote or your order.

The team captain must first register their team prior to placing their order so all the team members can be eligible to receive their discount. Once the team captain has received and distributed the discount code, each team member will be able to place their order individually either over the phone or directly through the website. This allows each team members order to be shipped directly to them.

For league team orders, please refer directly to our full return policy here.


For school teams and wholesale accounts, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return/exchange any items. We will replace any defective merchandise free of charge within the 30 day return window. All school and wholesale orders must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the team sales department prior to sending back any items.

Drop ship items (shipped directly from the manufacturer), including court equipment, balls, stringing and ball machines, must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Drop ship items can only be returned directly to the manufacturer, not to Tennis Express.

Tennis Express accepts all major credit cards, checks*, money orders*, PayPal and purchase orders**.


*Checks and money orders must clear our bank prior to items being processed for shipment.


**Purchase orders are only accepted from approved accounts. A copy of the PO must be emailed, faxed or mailed prior to an order being released.

The team discount is available to all schools, colleges/universities, league teams and approved wholesale accounts. Please email or call the team sales department for further information.

In-stock orders:


Yes, these order can be canceled or changed at any point prior to the order being processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed, it is unable to be changed and must be returned.


Drop-shipped orders:


No, once a drop ship order has been placed with the manufacturer, it is unable to be canceled or changed.


Customized orders:


Yes, but it must be done before the items have been sent out for customization. Once the items have been sent out, the order is unable to be canceled or changed.

Expedited shipping is available for most orders. Please email or call the team department for an expedited shipping quote.

Tennis Express does not provide free samples. Samples can be ordered and if you do not wish to keep them, they can be returned free of charge. Please refer to our team returns policy above for more details on return information.

Yes! Tennis Express will price match any authorized retailer. To have a price matched, the same item, color and size must be in-stock. If you were given a quote from one of our competitors, please send us a copy of their quote and we’ll meet or beat their pricing.

Yes, Tennis Express can produce player packaged items for a fee of $0.25 per item per player. We can also separate and ship the orders directly to the players for a fee of $0.25 per item per player plus $5.75 for shipping.

In-stock orders:


Are typically shipped same or next business day, plus transit time to your delivery address. Please review our free shipping policy here for details and exclusions.


Drop-shipped orders:


Coming directly from the manufacturer are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the order date.


Customized orders:


Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks** for customized orders. At the time of your order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. If you need your order sooner than the date provide, contact our team sales department to see if arrangements can be made.


**Delivery dates quoted by Tennis Express are only estimations and Tennis Express makes no guarantee to deliver by the date provided at the time of order.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your online account here. If you do not have the login for your account, please email or call the team sales department to have one setup. Drop shipped items will not have tracking viewable on the website. Please email us your request for tracking of any drop shipped items.

We do not have any order minimums.

Invoices are mailed every Friday. In the event you would like your invoices emailed rather than mailed, please have that noted on the purchase order.

If you need an invoice instead of a quote, please first obtain a quote from the team sales department. Once you’ve obtained your quote, please call or email us requesting that an invoice be made and emailed to you.
