Being a pretty experienced stringer, I did not expect to have trouble with this string, but both half-sets I set apart snapped during the pre-stretch process. I had used the normal Focus Hex in the past, and it was a fantastic string, but I did not even get a chance to use this one. I gave customer satisfaction a perfect rating because TE quickly refunded me for the string. Satisfied with TE, unsatisfied with the string.
