MSV Focus Hex 1.23 is an incredibly popular choice among players seeking the ultimate spin and control from a poly-based string. It`s hexagonal form allows players to generate the kind of spin you could only dream of! This poly-based string offers solid tension maintenance and long lasting performance. In addition to spin and its ability to hold playability, this string is also extremely comfortable. German lab tests have shown it to be superior to leading brands in the categories of elongation and elasticity. This leads to added comfort, power and all-around solid performance. This thinner gauge poly will have slightly better feel, but a little less durability compared to the 16G version.
Composition: Co-Polyester Monofilament With Hexagonal Profile
Gauge: 16L (1.23 mm)
Length: 660' (200 m)

Best value poly on the market!
I spent a few years stringing with Luxilon and Babolat polys, dishing out 15 - 20 bucks per set. I found this string about a year ago and the value can't be beat for the price. The hexagonal shape of this string plays very similar to the Babolat Pro Hurricane Tour, but at half the price. If anyone is looking for a solid poly at a great price, give MSV a try.
MSV Focus Hex
I have found this string to be one of the most popular choices among customers who want a string with good durability, control, and tension stability. Lasts at least 4-5 times longer than most synthetic gut strings and the strings never move from position.
This string is durable and really bites the ball, allowing you to create spin easily. I use it in the crosses with prince duraflex in the mains and its usually the duraflex that pop or I just cut the strings out. And unlike other strings I have tried, this one doesnt hurt my shoulder. I have enjoyed using this string and likely will for awhile.
I am a stringer and player. I tried Focus Hex about 2 years ago and have stayed with it. Most players I string for who try Focus Hex love it and have also stayed with it. Durability and tension maintenence plus control and power cannot be found in a string for a better price than Focus Hex.
Great String @ a Decent Price
As an aging 4.0 player I need all the help I can get to stay competitive with those half my age. This string may not play for me, but it helps me play my best with its excellent combination of providing zip, spin, comfort and durability. Cant say Im a power player who constantly breaks strings, but these have been so durable Ive only broken them with scissors. As far as getting rotations on the ball with pace, control and comfort, I think youd be hard pressed to find a string with a better price to performance ratio.

I love this string it has the power and control i need to put the ball in place. Also compared to other polys that i have used i.e. dunlop explosive and luxilon adrenaline they dont last nearly as long as this MSV poly. This is great string for the money no doubt.
Good string & price
Easy to string, nice topspin, power and durable.
Tension need to be 10% less than non poly.

Great string hybrid
Daughter trains all week + national tourneys. Durable inexpensive poly used in a hybrid set up with Prince SG. I cut before it break and generally requires very little break in period. Been using this set up for 3 years now very happy. Actually have also used Head SP and she cant tell the difference.
string - MSV Focus Hex
I use hybrid string for my racquet and MSV Focus Hex is for main. Performance is pretty good, generating nice spin. I like it a lot. I am on the 2nd reel.
MSV Focus Hex
Great overall string. Good feel and spin. Plus a great price. $75 versus $270 for similar Luxilon string.
MSV Focus Hex Strings
This is my second reel...I went with a thicker gauge of string this time & love the feel. The strings have a ton of bite and have exceptional playability. I wish I could find this gauge of string in black.
MSV Focus Hex
For the price this is a great poly string. I use the 1.23mm and find that it produces great control, feel, power, and durability. For me it is at least as durable as many of the more expensive polyester strings. I also find that tension maintenance is excellent... even better than other polyester strings. I string about 300 racquets each year and this is one of the most popular strings for the advanced players.
For the money, MSV cant be beat. Good tension maintenance, good durability and playability.
