When sending shoes to Tennis Express, make sure to keep your shipper’s tracking number so that we can more easily help you.
Our new tennis racquets have a one-year manufacturer's warranty and replacements are at the manufacturer's discretion. Frames that show signs of abuse may not be replaced. Some manufacturers ask that the racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer that the racquet was sold from.
The racquets that you will be able to send back directly to the manufacturer are from the following brands: Head, Prince,Yonex, Pro Kennex, Wilson, and Tecnifibre.
Please follow the steps listed below for each brand on how you can send back your product to the manufacturer.
-- The racquet brands that are required to be sent through the retailer are the following brands: Dunlop, Babolat, Gamma and Pacific.
-- The warranty process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, but may take longer depending on manufacturer's discretion.
-- If your racquet is deemed defective,Tennis Express will string your replacement racquet at no charge with your original string (excludes natural gut). We will also cover the shipping charges associated with the return.
-- You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement. If your racquet is replaced, you will be credited for its current selling price.
-- If the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer. Denied warranty racquets will be treated as abandoned and will be properly disposed of if unclaimed for 30 days.

UV protected, Bolle sunglasses are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/ or workmanship. Bolle will replaced or repair at their option, free of charge with proof of purchase of any Bolle sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.
