After a brief hiatus, NikeCourt adds to their Vapor shoe catalog with the innovative and eye-catching Women`s Zoom Vapor 11 Tennis Shoe. Nike sought to develop "the fastest shoe in tennis," but with enough support and stability to satisfy the demands of the world`s best tennis players. For starters, Nike gave the Vapor 11 a modified half-bootie construction for easier entry and a locked-in fit. The tongue is designed for comfort, but also without a lot of bulk. The shoe is double lasted and it features a ZOOM unit in the forefoot for speed. The upper gets some extra protection from haptic printing, which enhances durability as well as style. Dynamic movements are stabilized and supported by A TPU sidewall, which is integrated into the 11. The Zoom Vapor 11 is the most advanced Vapor model to date, and it caters to players who want a close-to-the-court feel, with added speed and stability.
Upper: Modified half booty is streamlined for comfort without the bulk. Lightweight mesh throughout the upper is protected with haptic printing to improve durability without increasing weight.
Midsole: Zoom Air Unit in the forefoot for speed. The double last design places the foot closer to the court for a more grounded feel and faster reaction time. In lieu of the Full Length Foot frame from the Vapor Pro, the Vapor 11 features a TPU sidewall to create more stability in a lighter-weight tennis shoe.
Outsole: Redesigned outsole tread prioritizes durability, traction, and the ability to slide.
