I was very impressed by Tennis Express customer service. I ordered two jumbo tennis balls, but only one was in stock. They mailed one right away and mailed the other ball as soon as it was available, just a few days later. Very happy :

Great dog toy

This is the third ball weve purchased. The English Springer Spanials really love it. They play a soccer type game with the ball, You do have to keep the pressure up, in the ball, or they can poke a hole with their teeth, in the cold weather.

Jumbo tennis ball

I ordered the jumbo tennis ball as an award for an end of year tennis banquet. When I ordered the ball, I was not informed it was on back order for several months. Then it did arrive but took longer than I expected. The ball was great. The service, not so much.
