Different from the previous Ki Q Tour, this updated Pro Kennex Ki QTour 300 presents players with more spin and continued superior control. The slightly more open 16 by 19 string pattern makes the string bed perfect for big hitters who really like to take cuts from the baseline. Access to spin comes easily as the head light balance and weight combine for stability and comfort. Created with Kinetic technology, advanced players will have no problem generating racquet head speed to add pace on ground strokes. Additionally, the special-treated spiral carbon offers improved dampening properties while the high modulus graphite provides strength and needed rigidity. Similar to the prvious model, our playtesters found this frame to respond well to pace and really hold its own when punching volleys deep in the court. Maneuverable as well, the Ki QTour is best fit for the intermediate to advanced player who is looking for an all around solid, stable racquet.
Weighing in at 300g (10.6 oz.) unstrung, the Q Tour allows players with fast swing speeds to take advantage of the Q’s benefits. A headlight balance and a moderate swingweight of 302 (strung) improves maneuverability from the baseline and at net, making this a great racquet for up and coming intermediate to advanced players. The proven Kinetic technology “loads up” the Kinetic mass on the backswing and then propels it forward at contact, improving power and absorbing impact shock for exceptional comfort.
