Though this model is a little heavier than the rest of the Kaos line, this shoe features added durability and support. Wilson used their Symbiofit upper bootie construction to add extra support at the ankle and ensure a good fit. The Kaos chassis enhances the natural movement of the foot with flexible arch support and more substantial lateral support for stability and torsional control. RDST+ is used in the midsole for the best combination of cushioning and rebound. The Kaos Rapide SFT offers strong support for a shoe that is quick around the court.
The Kaos Rapide SFT features a glove-like fit, so it is designed for a snug fit that keeps the foot from moving around in the shoe.
Upper: An Symbiofit knitted upper construction offers best-in-class comfort and fit. Heel and Medial rubber drag pads offer protection from hard court wear and tear.
Insole: OrthoLite EVA Molded Sockliner.
Midsole: The Kaos Chassis construction enhances natural foot movement via flexible arch support for comfort & agility and lateral support for torsional control & overall stability. R-DST+ offers the best combination of cushioning and rebound for more dynamic performance. The shoe's Dynamic Fit rating is DF2 (9mm heel-to-toe drop).
