Volkl goes all in on V-Cell technology with the new V-Cell 8 285g Tennis Racquet. With this update, V-Cell material is embedded throughout the entire head and shaft, for improved feel and playability. V-Cell is a revolutionary, highly durable material, which is stronger and fatigues less than standard graphite. The technology works in tandem with VTex, a silicone polymer butt cap, to make the V-Cell 8 a more comfortable racquet than the previous version. Volkl's proprietary Super G grommet system enlarges the sweet spot on the 100 square inch head, and increases energy return for more power. The V-Cell 8 285g is only 10.1 ounces unstrung, and it features an open 16x18 string pattern which makes it easy to create spin. With a maneuverable weight and balance, the V-Cell 8 is a great fit for players developing long and full swings, who crave a stable and controlled frame.
