HEAD adds more control to their most spin friendly racquet family with the Extreme Tour Tennis Racquet. The Tour is a completely different mold than the Extreme MP, and it features a slimmer 22/23/21 millimeter cross section. Built with a 98 square inch head and more dense 16x19 string pattern, the Extreme Tour maintains the larger SPIN grommets at the twelve o'clock position for increased string movement within the sweet spot for more comfort and power. At only 10.8 ounces unstrung, The Extreme Tour packs enough mass to handle pace, whilst still being mobile enough to deliver devastating passing shots when on the run. HEAD's proprietary technology Graphene 360+ inserts Graphene in the shaft and head for increased stability and power. Spiralfibers in the lower portion of the head stretch and untwist at contact, making the Extreme Tour a more flexible and comfortable racquet to play. With the launch of the Extreme Tour, HEAD reinvigorated their Extreme design identity with a grey hoop, and yellow throat and grip. HEAD built the Extreme Tour for experienced shot makers who play a heavy spin game, but need more precision and control.
