Mizuno Women's Wave Exceed SL 2 AC Tennis Shoes Black and White

Mizuno adds greater comfort to their popular Wave technology in the Mizuno Women`s Wave Exceed SL 2 AC Tennis Shoes. New in this version, is a wider fit in the forefoot for all-day comfort and a newly designed insole board to promote step-in comfort. Mizuno Wave technology incorporates a Wave Plate in the midfoot to disperse shock over a larger area for greater stability and cushioning. The Exceed SL 2 incorporates a diagonal D-Flex groove in the midfoot to make sudden changes of direction a breeze. The new mesh and rubber upper secures the foot in a stable position but with good ventilation. Players can expect more plush, softer feel from the SL 2 than they would with the more durable Wave Exceed Tour 4.

Upper: Mesh and rubber combine to create a breathable, supportive, and durable experience.

Insole: U4icX is a lightweight insole strobel board that delivers a more comfortable, cushioned ride with higher rebound.

Midsole: PoWnCe midsole cushioning saves weight, and ensures optimal energy return, while a PoWnCe heel wedge translates to improved stability. Mizuno Wave technology offers further cushioning and energy dispersion, allowing the foot to move naturally. D-Flex Groove is a diagonal groove in the midfoot area that efficiently transfers energy as the player changes direction.

Outsole: DuRubber is a durable rubber compound that allows for longer wear in high-impact areas. The outsole is arranged in a pattern ideal for performance on multiple court surfaces.
