Lite & convenient but ...
3/5
First, the good thing about this product is it is light enough to carry around by hand and compact enough to fit my small car. However, the machine stopped working properly after the first dozen or so balls and had to be returned to the manufacturer in exchange for a new one by the way, manufacturers customer service is quite good and efficient. For a couple of weeks, the new machine has performed well in so far that it shoots balls over the net. But it does it in a very inconsistent basis. At times the ball would land close to the base line, at other times it would land only by mid court area the T. Occasionally a ball would get stuck between the rotating feeder and the wheels, which is quite annoying because youd have to go back to the machine and manually shut it off, dislodge the ball, restart it, and run to the other end of the court and hope it works. By the way, this is my first ball machine so I dont have anything to compare it with.
