Volkl goes all in on V-Cell technology with the new V-Cell 8 300g Tennis Racquet. With this update, V-Cell material is embedded throughout the entire head and shaft, for improved feel and playability. V-Cell is a revolutionary, highly durable material, which is stronger and fatigues less than standard graphite. The technology works in tandem with VTex, a silicone polymer butt cap, to make the V-Cell 8 a more comfortable racquet than the previous version. Volkl's proprietary Super G grommet system enlarges the sweet spot on the 100 square inch head, and increases energy return for more power. The V-Cell 8 300 is the middleweight version of the V-Cell 8 at 10.6 ounces unstrung. The frame's 22/24/22 cross section provides impressive stability and a solid feel at contact. The racquet's unique 16x18 string pattern makes perfect tool for the baseline grinder, that attacks the ball with topspin.
