To celebrate their new partnership with Roland Garros, Wilson has released a new hybrid string set Duo Power 16L Roland Garros Tennis String Red Clay. Though it features the same ALU Power-NXT Power combination, this hybrid features a slightly thicker, red clay colored 1.28 ALU Power, to go along with the 1.30 NXT Power. The thicker gauge will results in slightly more durability and control than the regular Duo Power. The soft, explosive nature of the NXT complements the top-notch blend of control, spin and durability of the ALU Power. For ideal playability, reduce tension on ALU Power at least 10%. Either string can be installed in the mains for superior power and performance.
