Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO Addresses
Orders being shipped outside of the Contiguous US or APO addresses will ship by means of the United States Postal Service. Shipping to these states will be a base price of $14.95 + $2 for each additional item.
International customers will be contacted via email with shipping rates.
**Shipping via USPS Priority provides minimal tracking information and normally delivers within 5-7 business days..

Customer In-Store Pickup
Houston customers may select In Store Pickup online. Orders placed by 2PM will be ready for pick up by 5PM the same day. Customers will be contacted before then if there are any issues. Please note that orders containing only tennis string require a minimum of 6 sets or a $3 handling fee may be added to the order.
Canada, Mexico, and other International Orders
All International Orders involving billing and/or shipping addresses outside of the US will need to follow the procedures on our International Orders page. Customers will receive a shipping quote via email afterwards. When shipping outside the US, any and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. |
